For the rest of the world: # of users x 25 free notifications. Extra notifications can be availed at $0.35 per additional SMS or call.

What will be the charge for stakeholders?

SolarWinds® Incident Response supports stakeholder licenses only on the Premium and Enterprise plans. With the Premium plan, you can add up to 10 stakeholders at no extra charge, while our Enterprise plan allows unlimited stakeholders at no additional cost.

How does the 14-day trial work?

On the Trial plan, you will have access to all SolarWinds Incident Response features for 14 days. The notification limit is 100 (Phone + SMS combined).

What are the different user types?

Account owners: SolarWinds Incident Response allows only one Account Owner per organization. An Account Owner has all privileges within that organization and, by default, is also responsible for the billing of the account.


Users: By default, Users have the ability to customize their profile and notification rules, and respond to and resolve incidents. Typically, Users are engineers, site reliability engineers, systems engineers, or anyone on the team who handles incident management and on-call.


Stakeholders: Stakeholders have view-only access to all incidents. So, Stakeholders are not notified by default for any of the incidents created in SolarWinds Incident Response.
