$11B European Retailer Reduces OpEx by $478,000 Moving to SolarWinds Full Stack Observability
An $11B European retail enterprise with more than 1,600 stores and warehouses across the world upgraded its IT operations toolset with a full-stack Observability suite from SolarWinds. Over three years, the company has earned nearly $478,000 in operational expense savings against a total SolarWinds investment of $397,000. The SolarWinds investment paid for itself in two and a half years. Traditionally, the retailer allowed business units to maintain their own IT monitoring tools, but in 2019, the company established a centralized monitoring team with a goal to standardize on a primary tool suite, the manager of the retailer’s IT monitoring team said.
