Meet Our Executive Team
Sudhakar Ramakrishna
President and Chief Executive Officer
Sudhakar Ramakrishna has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2021. He is a global technology leader with nearly 25 years of experience across cloud, mobility, networking, security and collaboration markets. He most recently served as the CEO of Pulse Secure, a leading provider of secure and zero trust access solutions for Hybrid IT environments, where he was responsible for all aspects of business strategy and execution. Prior to Pulse Secure, Ramakrishna served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Enterprise and Service Provider Division at Citrix, where he had responsibility for Citrix’s portfolio of virtualization, cloud networking, mobile platforms and cloud services solutions.
Ramakrishna also has held senior leadership roles at Polycom, Inc., Motorola, Inc., 3Com Corporation and U.S. Robotics. Ramakrishna is an experienced public and private company board member. Mr. Ramakrishna is a partner at Benhamou Global Ventures, a leading venture capital firm investing in emerging startups in the fields of security, analytics and applications. Ramakrishna earned a master’s degree in computer science from Kansas State University and a master’s of management degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Tim Karaca
Tim Karaca, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Tim Karaca serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at SolarWinds, and is responsible for leading the company’s global finance teams. With over two decades of experience in finance across the technology sector and Wall Street, he has led teams managing multibillion-dollar P&Ls while driving strategic investment, transformation and growth initiatives.
Prior to his current role, Tim served as Group Vice President of Strategic Finance and Investor Relations at SolarWinds, where he oversaw financial planning and analysis, acted as the primary liaison with the investment community, and played a key role in advancing corporate strategy. Before joining SolarWinds, he held leadership positions at AIG, where he helped build corporate finance capabilities, and at Bridgewater Associates as a senior finance leader. Early in his career, Tim held several finance roles at Microsoft during the company’s transition from traditional on-premises licensing to a cloud-based subscription model across its product portfolio and channel partners.
Tim Karaca earned his M.B.A. from Rochester Institute of Technology and is an active Certified Public Accountant.
Cullen Childress
Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer
Cullen Childress is our Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer at SolarWinds. Childress has deep knowledge and experience founding software startups, as well as leading innovative and successful software product groups at scale. Prior to SolarWinds, he was the Head of Product at Atlassian and Global VP of Product Management at Groupon. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and received his MBA, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
Krishna Sai
Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Krishna Sai is our Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, leading our engineering, technology, and architecture teams at SolarWinds. He is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience scaling global engineering teams and building winning products across multiple industries. Sai has held leadership roles at Atlassian, Groupon, and Polycom, co-founded two technology companies, and holds several patents.
Andre Cuenin
Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer
Andre Cuenin serves as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for SolarWinds, overseeing all aspects of revenue generation relating to the company’s world-class observability, database, and service management solutions. Cuenin brings over 20 years of experience driving revenue growth strategies at some of the world’s largest and most respected technology companies, including Veracode, Rapid7, Cherwell Software, Stratavia, and CA.
He holds a bachelor of computer science from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Western Switzerland and received his MBA from Strathclyde University in Glasgow.
David Hanrahan
Senior Vice President, People Success
David Hanrahan serves as our Senior Vice President of People Success, overseeing all aspects of people strategy for SolarWinds. His career has spanned 20+ years in building strong HR teams and facilitating high-performing cultures at leading companies such as Eventbrite, Niantic, Zendesk, and Twitter. He holds a BA from the University of Arizona and a Master’s in HR and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois.
Becky Melton
Group Vice President, General Counsel
Becky Melton serves as General Counsel and Group Vice President of Legal at SolarWinds, where she provides senior legal leadership, oversees enterprise-wide legal strategy, and supports the company’s global growth initiatives. She brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, commercial transactions, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
Since joining SolarWinds in 2021, Melton has held several key leadership roles, including Vice President of Legal, Associate General Counsel, and Senior Director of Employment Law. Before joining SolarWinds, she served as Employment Law Director at Freescale and Associate and Senior Associate at Fulbright & Jaworski, now Norton Rose Fulbright. She was also previously an Assistant Dean at The University of Texas School of Law.
Melton earned her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and received her B.A. from Wellesley College, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace culture and actively mentors emerging legal talent, bringing a people-first approach to her leadership. Outside of work, she invests in professional networks and contributes to knowledge-sharing within the legal community.
