The International Business Awards
Judges awarded SolarWinds a Bronze Stevie Award at the International Business Awards in EMEA for driving customer success through knowledge, innovation, and passion. They praised SolarWinds for a focus on continuous improvement, value-based support, and an innovative approach to low customer effort.
This year, the International Business Awards received over 3,900 nominations entries from 74 nations and territories worldwide. The winners were determined by the average scores of more than 270 executives worldwide who participated on 12 juries.
The Bronze Stevie Award will be presented to SolarWinds at the 2018 International Business Awards gala awards banquet in London, England, on October 20th.
Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards
The Stevie Award judges cited the company’s innovative approach to customer service during all stages of the sales cycle, and the ability to demonstrate a true understanding of the customer’s needs as the critical factors in their selection. Staff recruitment, training, knowledge sharing, and mentoring practices all contributed to significant improvements in customer satisfaction scores and were critical factors in the judges selection.
The fifth annual Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards saw independent executives from around the world participate in the judging of more than 800 nominations this year. The 2018 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards have recognized organizations in 15 nations including Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, the USA, and Vietnam.
SolarWinds received its Silver Stevie at the fifth annual Stevie Awards APAC ceremony on June 1st, 2018, in Hong Kong.
