The recent government funding lapse has been resolved, and federal agencies are now operating under a Continuing Resolution (CR) that funds most agencies through January 30, 2026, at Fiscal Year 2024 spending levels. With the immediate crisis averted, federal IT leaders can shift their focus entirely from contingency planning back to mission assurance and operational efficiency.
