Mostafa Ayoobzadeh is an assistant professor of Human and Organizational Development at the University of Quebec at Montreal (UQAM). His work revolves around the following question: “How can we help individuals navigate their careers and achieve career success”. In his work, he has paid particular attention to the benefits of career development interventions, such as mentoring and training, for individuals, specially underrepresented populations and minority groups.
