<div>Michael Mazyar is responsible for implementing the SolarWinds Service Desk vision, including all service and technology strategy and serves as our Distinguished Engineer of ITSM. A veteran of multiple technology development platforms, Michael has deep experience and knowledge of Internet, SaaS and web technologies and building robust, highly scalable web sites and web platforms with a focus on distributed computing. Before joining Samanage then SolarWinds via acquisition, Michael was a development manager at BitWine, and software engineer at vizrt. Michael received his B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the Israel Institute of Technology.</div>
