Mark Roberts has been working as a specialist monitoring consultant with SolarWinds solutions since 2001. As owner of Prosperon, a UK-based SolarWinds Elite partner, he has worked with hundreds of SolarWinds customers over the years, designing and implementing some of the largest installations of SolarWinds around the world.
He is keen to share his knowledge and ideas with those who are responsible for delivering IT services to users, especially within the dark arts of monitoring. From delivering training courses to publishing regular blog posts and contributor to the SolarWinds THWACK community site for which he is proud to be an MVP. With passion for all things monitoring, he is as excited as ever to be seeing the transition of our technology area into Observability, seeing this as a big evolution in our corner of the IT industry.
Outside of his two families; wife & 2 children and his business, he has a love of all things sport, both playing and watching, with only the challenges of balancing everything left.
