    Your account will automatically convert to Project. Upgrade at any time to gain access to all the features of our Enterprise plan!

    If you are currently on Project and want to upgrade to a paid plan, please visit the billing page where you can enter your credit card information. If you are currently on a paid plan and want to upgrade, please email us at traceviewsupport@solarwinds.com.

  • When does my subscription begin?

    Subscriptions begin as soon as you upgrade to a paid plan.

    If you upgrade on the 12th of the month, you will be billed each subsequent 12th, and your account’s monthly usage information will reset on the same day.

  • What happens if I change plans?

    On upgrade, we’ll charge you the prorated cost for the rest of your subscription period. On downgrade, we will make the adjustment on the next monthly anniversary date (e.g,. the 12th of the month as described in the example above).

  • How do you define a host?

    A host is a copy of an OS, running on either real or virtualized hardware.

    We consider an EC2 instance a single host, for example, or a physical machine running Red Hat. GBs are calculated by the count of allocated memory across all production apps within the interface.

  • Can I store Traces longer?

    Users can save specific traces within the interface to retain traces for longer periods of reference.
