  • Display discovered devices in real time

IP Network Browser Standard from SolarWinds is an incredibly fast network discovery application that provides you with extensive data across a broad range of vendors’ networking devices. Information is collected via ICMP and SNMP locally or on a remote network thousands of miles away.

IP Network Browser Standard scans a subnet and displays network devices as are they are discovered in real time, providing you with immediate access to detailed information about the devices on your network.

For example, on a Cisco router, IP Network Browser will determine the current IOS version and release, as well as identify which cards are installed into which slots, the status of each port, and ARP tables. When IP Network Browser discovers a Windows® server, it returns information including interface status, bandwidth utilization, services running, and even details on software that is installed and running.

Note: The following options available in Engineer’s Toolset version are not available in IP Network Browser Standard:

  • Scan by IP address
  • Scan by IP address range
  • Downloading MIB table (from right-click on node)
  • Expand and Discover All (from edit menu)

"SolarWinds has nailed it with this awesome suite of products. The Engineer's Toolset is a must have product for network administrators."
