The SolarWinds Dictionary Attack tool uses permutated hacker dictionaries to attack network devices in an attempt to break into them or discover their community strings. SolarWinds has compiled an extensive list of known dictionaries used by hackers to compromise networks. You can use one of the built-in hacker dictionaries, import your own, or even mutate a dictionary.
