The SolarWinds version of the "Simple Ping" tool keeps a running response time log and allows exporting to HTML, RTF and text files. This graphical net ping tool continuously shows the following:

  • Current response time
  • Running average response time in milliseconds
  • Current packet loss due to dropped packets

A running graph of response time and packet loss is also available using the SolarWinds Enhanced Ping tool.
