VoIP Monitor provides out-of-the-box monitoring of Cisco CallManager, delivering detailed visibility into performance metrics that are indicative of the health of the VoIP environment. Monitored elements include registered/unregistered phones, registered/unregistered gateways, and server metrics, such as CPU utilization, memory, packet loss and average response time. Additionally, VoIP Monitor monitors rejected phones, rejected gateways, and the operational status of each connected phone.

CallManager alerts are also included with VoIP Monitor and several advanced alerts are available by default, such as alerting when unregistered phones are above five percent.
