Explore new network traffic analysis & bandwidth monitoring features in Orion

Orion NetFlow Traffic Analyzer (NTA) Version 3.7 continues to deliver flow-based analysis features aimed at helping you determine who and what are using your bandwidth.

Version 3.7 Highlights:

• Interface Alerts - deliver notifications when interface bandwidth utilization crosses pre-defined thresholds, include a list of “top talkers”, and are specially formatted for mobile devices
• Direct Links to Flow Details from Orion Events - simplify troubleshooting

Other new functionality includes increased performance of the Orion NTA web interface, new reports and resources, and several CBQoS enhancements.

Version 3.6 Highlights:

• Top Talker Optimization - allows you to focus your traffic analysis on the users and applications that consume the majority of network bandwidth
• Advanced Application Mapping - correlates the traffic arriving from designated ports, source IPs, destination IPs, and even protocols, to application names you can easily recognize
• IP Address Groups -allows you to create your own IP address groups and view network traffic by multiple ranges of IP addresses (even overlapping IP addresses), by geography, department, or even device types such as firewalls, routers, switches, and servers
