What is Quality Of Service

Quality of Service (QoS) is a basic component of Service Level Agreements, aiming to measure the perceived or actual quality of a resource provided by IT to end users. Quality of Service may be measured in terms of availability, responsiveness, ease of use or other quantifiable metrics.
