Network IP Conflict occurs when more than one device on a network is assigned the same IP address. A Network IP Conflict can cause devices having the same IP address to function intermittently or cease functioning entirely. To resolve a Network IP Conflict the network administrator must assign a unique IP address to each of the conflicting devices.
