What is IP Discovery

IP Discovery is the process of examining devices on a network to identify which IP address is assigned to each device. IP Discovery is facilitated by utilities that automate the process of IP address scanning and perform the scans remotely. IP Discovery allows network administrators to identify and resolve IP-related conflicts.
