Congratulations on your purchase of SolarWinds Storage Profiler. The ever increasing need for historical and archival data and the related demands on storage lead to one of the biggest business challenges: monitoring & predicting storage needs in the face of mounting budget constriction and storage demand. Profiler can help your IT infrastructure backbone self-monitor the performance of and forecast the needs for storage, virtualization, application servers, and archival backups.

You can run the installer on each server to upgrade the agents, or you can use the Remote Upgrade Utility located in the additional components section of your customer portal.

    End of Life Announcement:

Do not upgrade if you are currently using Profiler to monitor the performance of any of the following devices:

    • Falconstor VTL
    • StorageTek ACSLS
