Troubleshooting Manual Deployment
Following is a list of possible deployment errors with their respective resolutions:
- Agent is not able to connect to the Orion server.
- Ensure that you can ping the Orion server from the client machine
- Ensure that port 17778 is open on the Orion server and that the client machine can connect to it. (Note: This is not required for passive agents. You should verify the Orion server can ping the host where the agent is installed.)
- Ensure that you are using the correct Orion administrator credentials
