NPM, like other Orion products, employs Orion components, including the Advanced Alert Manager, both the Traps Viewer and the Syslog Viewer, and Network Atlas that can all use Orion variables. These variables are dynamic and, in the case of alerts, parse when the alert is triggered or reset. For example, the variable ${ResponseTime} will parse with the current response time of the node that is triggering the alert.Note: In some cases, the database table name may be required for alert variables, as in ${Nodes.CPULoad}. If a variable does not respond as intended, include the relevant table name for the desired variable.
